RCW Merch is the official (and exclusive) provider of all Rocket City Wranglers, LLC apparel and merchandise.

Actually, no. RCW Merch is the official (and exclusive) provider of all Rocket City Wranglers, LLC apparel and merchandise. Anything bearing the Rocket City Wranglers name or logo is protected by intellectual property rights and exclusively owned by Rocket City Wranglers, LLC. No other entity or party is authorized to produce and/or sell RCW Merch without written authorization. Currently, no other entity or party is authorized to produce and/or sell RCW Merch on behalf of Rocket City Wranglers, LLC. (This includes all previous and former vendors of ROCKET CITY WRANGLERS). Just like diff covers and skid plates, we take that stuff pretty darn seriously.

And since quality and brand recognition is another thing we take pretty seriously, RCW Merch is produced with high-quality equipment and standards guaranteeing longevity and durability.

HOW ARE RCW MERCH ITEMS PRODUCED?

All RCW apparel is produced by a third party source (printful.com). RCW Merch most often uses a fabric blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton but may be required to use whatever is available due to availability.

RCW Merch vinyl is created in house using Oracle 651 Vinyl. This is a Medium-term indoor and outdoor vinyl used for lettering, marking, and decoration. This vinyl carry’s a 6 year durability life.

 

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY RCW MERCH?

It's recommended to wash your apparel in cold water, inside out (this helps preserve the inks). Tumble dry low. And be sure to separate light-colored fabrics from dark-colored fabrics when washing. It's also recommended not to use bleach, fabric softeners, or dryer sheets as part of the laundering process of apparel. Try to keep the ever-illusive and likely greasy 10mm socket out of the washer and dryer, too, as this may damage your RCW Merch. But if you're missing a 10mm socket (or 12) maybe take a look in the washer and dryer. Who knows? They could be there!

Accessories such as koozies really only need one thing - something cold inside. Other than that, koozies can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Other accessories such as hats and bottle huggers should be cleaned with a damp cloth. Hats saturated in dust and dirt from trail rides at Stony may have no hope. So, just buy a new one.

I PLACED AN ORDER TODAY. HOW SOON CAN I GET IT?

Currently, RCW handles vinyl decals while our 3rd party supplier produces all other merch on demand. We try to get decals out within a week or two while all other merchandise may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Did you order a new banner or decal?
Because we're nice guys and gals, we want to see RCW club members out on the trails, on rides, and at our other events in between. That's why we provide personalized merchandise pick-up at our official RCW events for vinyl.

Did you order a hat, hoodie, or a shirt?
These items are shipped directly from the source. We do not offer local pickup for these items.

I WANT TO MAKE MY OWN RCW MERCHANDISE. CAN YOU SEND ME THE LOGO?

While we're sure you can make some cool stuff, Rocket City Wranglers, LLC is pretty proud (and protective) of our name, brand, and logo (called intellectual property). 

All Rocket City Wranglers merchandise is made exclusively and solely with the Rocket City Wranglers logo and is not combined with other clubs, brands or identities unless we've received express permission to do so. Examples include special event merchandise for group rides, sponsor-related merchandise or charitable events. In these instances, we obtain written permission before using their logo, name, or brand.
